Service Description

Want to make adjustments to your treatment plan? Experiencing new symptoms that you'd like to address? Schedule a follow-up appointment with me! During this appointment, we'll talk about how your treatment plan is going. You can tell me what's been working well and what hasn't been. We can talk about any new symptoms that you're experiencing. Then, I'll make adjustments to your current treatment plan, or create a new treatment plan for you to help you reach your health goals!

Cancellation Policy

There is no fee for cancelling an appointment more than 12 hours in advance! If you cancel less than 12 hours before your appointment (or if you don't attend your appointment), you will be charged a $20 cancellation fee. Exceptions can be made for extreme circumstances!
